RS Active is a business operated by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in RS Rewards Club memberships, events, partner benefits and promotional activities. Specific trade promotions are governed by the Promotion Schedule contained at the end of this document.

PART A – RS REWARDS CLUB GENERAL TERMS

1. MEMBERSHIP

1.1 Membership benefits are available only to individuals with an active RS Rewards Club membership or RS Active membership (where applicable).

1.2 Members must provide proof of active membership when requested, including at events, venues or partner locations.

1.3 Acceptable proof includes account login verification, confirmation email, digital membership display, or another method approved by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd.

1.4 Failure to verify membership may result in benefits not being provided.

2. SOCIAL NIGHTS & EVENTS

2.1 RS Rewards Club may host social, networking, community, fitness and partner events.

2.2 Members may receive additional benefits such as complimentary food or drinks, subject to availability and event conditions.

2.3 To receive member benefits, proof of active membership must be provided upon arrival.

2.4 Non-members may attend certain events at RS Rewards’ discretion but will not receive member-only benefits unless expressly stated.

2.5 Benefits may be limited per person and subject to venue capacity.

2.6 RS Rewards Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate, unsafe, aggressive or unlawful behaviour.

2.7 Alcohol service is subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws and venue policies.

3. DAMAGE & RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 Attendees are responsible for damage caused by them or their guests.

3.2 Where damage occurs to venue property or third-party assets, the responsible attendee may be required to pay for repair or replacement.

3.3 Attendees indemnify RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd against losses resulting from negligent, reckless or unlawful conduct.

3.4 RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

4. PARTNER DISCOUNTS

4.1 Discounts must be redeemed as specified by the partner.

4.2 Partners may change or withdraw discounts at any time.

4.3 RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd is not responsible for partner refusal, stock limitations or operational issues.

5. WEEKLY RUN CLUB

5.1 Weekly run club is open to the public.

5.2 Details may be obtained by contacting info@rsrewards.com.au.

5.3 RS Rewards and RS Active members will have breakfast paid for following the run, subject to reasonable limits and verification.

5.4 Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

6. FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

6.1 Events may be filmed or photographed.

6.2 If you do not wish to appear in content, notify staff and we will take reasonable steps to remove you where possible.

6.3 Removal may not always be possible for livestreams or crowd footage.

7. TRANSPARENCY IN WINNER SELECTION

7.1 RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd uses a government-approved digital draw system for applicable trade promotions.

7.2 Where required, draws are conducted in the presence of an independent scrutineer.

7.3 Livestream technical issues do not invalidate a properly conducted draw.

8. COMMUNICATIONS

Members and entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd may amend these Terms for regulatory compliance or operational reasons.

10. CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

PART B - PROMOTION SCHEDULE

TOYOTA TUNDRA & GREAT ESCAPE CARAVAN OR $250,000 CASH - TRADE PROMOTION LOTTERY

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

Commences: Monday 25 May 2026
Closes: Friday 29 May 2026 at the time of the live draw.

2. NATURE OF PROMOTION

This Promotion is a game of chance.

The winner will be determined by random electronic draw from all valid entries.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.

3. PRIZES

First Prize (Winner’s Choice):

• $250,000 AUD Cash; OR
• 2025 Toyota Tundra & Great Escape Caravan, valued at $263,000 AUD

Second Prize: $1,000 AUD Cash
Third Prize: $500 AUD Cash

Total Prize Pool: $514,500 AUD.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Residents of South Australia, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory are not eligible to enter or win prizes due to regulatory restrictions.

Employees of RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Proof of identity and residency may be required.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible entrants receive entries when purchasing qualifying RS Rewards or RS Active products during the Promotion Period.

Entry allocation is displayed at the time of purchase.

Entries are valid only upon successful payment processing.

Refunded or reversed transactions may invalidate entries.

6. DRAW

Draw Date: Friday 29 May 2026

Time: 8:30pm AEST
Location: 12 Lieber Grove, Carrum Downs, VIC

Conducted electronically via government-approved digital draw system.

Reserve winners may be drawn.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified via direct message and/or publicly announced during the livestream.

Winner details will be published for at least 28 days.

8. REDRAW

If unclaimed:
29 October 2026 at 1:00pm AEST

Same location.

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Cash Alternative

If the winner elects to receive the cash alternative, payment will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) following identity verification and completion of required documentation.

Vehicle Prize

The vehicle prize is a 2025 Toyota Tundra & Great Escape Caravan, which is a used car and new caravan.

The vehicle is provided “as is” in its current condition, including all modifications and accessories fitted at the time of prize award. The winner acknowledges that the vehicle may contain aftermarket performance modifications which may affect registration or compliance requirements in certain states or territories, and accepts responsibility for any modifications, engineering certification, inspections or compliance work required to register or operate the vehicle in their jurisdiction.

The stated prize value does not include registration, compulsory third party insurance, comprehensive insurance, engineering certification, compliance costs, or any accessories not expressly included with the vehicle.

The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the vehicle’s condition, performance, roadworthiness, or compliance with registration or engineering requirements in any particular state or territory.

Any costs associated with engineering certification, inspections, compliance, registration requirements, or modifications required for the vehicle to be registered or operated in the winner’s state or territory are the responsibility of the winner.

RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd will cover reasonable costs associated with delivery of the vehicle and transfer of ownership into the winner’s name.

The Promoter may either deliver the vehicle to the winner or require the winner to collect the vehicle from a nominated location, depending on logistics and transport availability.

Delivery or collection timing may vary due to transport availability, mechanical inspections, workshops, or state registration authority processes.

The winner must provide all required information and documentation necessary to facilitate transfer of ownership.

The winner must be legally able to register and operate the vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws.

Risk and responsibility for the vehicle transfer to the winner upon delivery or collection of the vehicle, whichever occurs first.

If the winner fails to complete required documentation or accept delivery of the vehicle within a reasonable timeframe determined by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the vehicle prize with the advertised cash alternative.

No entity nomination is permitted.
